Update About Our Neighbor

I posted about our annoying neighbors not a long time ago, this is the continuation of it or should I say the result. Two nights ago our neighbor upstairs made this all kind of noised. When I said noise it is pretty loud. My son didn't go to sleep till past 1 A.M. Now you know it is a problem. He just can't sleep because of the noise he heard. He eventually cried because he got scared. By that time my hubby was already sleeping, then he heard our son cried. He got mad he thought our son was playing this game again that don't want to go to sleep. I asked him if he can't hear that noise. He heard it and went back to our room. I told him he needs to do something about it or me myself will do something. The next day he told me that he filed a noise complained about our neighbor upstairs. He called the management and told them about our situation. They said they don't tolerate such thing so what they did they gave them a first warning. They said two more then they will be kick out of this place. We thought they got the noticed right away. So I had been waiting for someone to knock on our door to ask about the complained. Two days passed no one ask about it until today. Yes today someone knocked on our door. I opened it and I saw a lady and she introduced her self. Actually she was looking for the mother of the house like she said it. Until she realized I'm the mother of the house. She asked me if I am what she is looking for and I said yes I am. She told me that someone complained about them making noise. She asked me if we are the one who complained. I said yes we are. She said they have a baby and they are trying not to be too loud. She mentioned also about her husband getting home late and maybe it is him we hear at night. To be exact she said his footstep. She also told me that if we have problems with them again I just knock on their door to let them know. She said that maybe it was the lady who live on the 3rd floor is the one we heard. I'm thinking it was you not the lady in the 3rd floor. She said she will going to complain her too because she made too much noise. I told her go ahead and complain her. If she is loud you have the right to complain any time you want. She is kind a nice so we did talked in a nice way.

I told my hubby about what happened today and he asked me what did I said? I told him that the lady just asked questions. He said they are just scared to be kick out that is why she talked to me. My hubby said it was them making noise not any one else and we are not gonna live with that. Now that this issue is solve I'm hoping they will learn to be more quite.
